The primary services include:

GRA implements a three-phased screening process for collecting worldwide indicators of market potential and for targeting the client’s highest potential country markets and global customers. The process results in a focused allocation of resources on the markets and customers offering the greatest opportunity for sales, profits, and growth.

Developing Competitive Market Entry & Expansion Strategies. GRA rigorously analyzes and identifies the most appropriate market segment, distribution channels, competitive pricing, and market entry or expansion strategies. GRA identifies a range of potential suppliers, screens and qualifies suppliers based on pre-determined criteria, and assists in establishing sourcing relationships with the preferred suppliers. The process results in the selection of dependable and competitive suppliers of the desired quality products, services, or technologies.
